Returns & Exchange

Due to the nature of our products and maintenaning freshness we do not accept refunds for products opened or used, nor do we accept exchanges. If you wish to return unopened and unused products within a week of receiving them, you are welcome to do so. You must let us know you are doing so by email. At Kimberly@alchemyofsagessparrow.ca 

Mail the items well packaged back to us and once we receive them safe and sound you will be issued a refund minus a restocking fee. Please contact us if you have any inquiries about this subject and we will be happy to discuss a solution with you.
