Shipping

We cannot be responsible for delays in transit, damaged items, lost or undelivered packages. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. There are options when choosing shipping, so if you wish additional insurance on your purchase you have the option to do so upon checkout. Any taxes, duties, or import fees are the buyer's responsibility. In the event of a lost or stolen package, we will open an investigation with Canada post or UPS. Please check with you post office to ensure packages are not being held for you.

We are conscious of our environmental foot print therefore we do not use boxes to retail our bottles and jars and do not use excess packing materials other than what is necessary for you to receive you order safely. 

All orders are shipped either through Canada Post or UPS. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Your patience and understanding means so much to me. This business is run by myself mostly with an extra set of hands from my caring family members. Orders ship free over $150.

International shipping

Sage’s Sparrow Skincare is not held responsible for paying custom charges. This fee must be paid by the purchaser of our goods. International orders can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to arrive after shipping unless you choose faster shipping at your own expense.

Restocking Fee

Orders that are returned unopened and unused will be refund minus a restocking fee which will cover the cost of shipping and packaging supplies for your initial order.
