Processing Times

At Sage's Sparrow all our products are created with the freshest ingredients in small batches so customers receive the highest quality product every time. Our processing time is 3-5 days.

Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. We use a third party payment provider which is an easy and secure system that uses data encryption technology to protect you. We never see your personal financial information nor will we ever ask for it. We are not held liable for any unauthorized charges made to your personal method of payment, except if caused by our negligence, or required by law.

Shipping

We do not make any profit on shipping. Often, we subsidize it. Any import taxes, customs fees, charges or duties will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns

In the rare case that your items have been damaged during transit or there are any problems with your purchase, please e-mail alchemyofsagessparrow@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product and we will rectify the situation.
